Warranty Programs
90-Day Warranty – Covers the home for Mechanical and Structural items that were confirmed to be working at the time of inspection. Warranty is good for 90 days from inspection date OR 22 days from closing, whichever comes later.
Platinum Roof Warranty – Covers the roof that is inspected at the inspection for 5 years from the inspection date. There is a small $500 deductible and an aggregate payout of $3,000 per property.
RecallChek – Identifies recalls on the major appliances in the home, which are FREE in-home repairs due to fire or safety issues. There is also a monthly RecallTrak email sent for LIFE checking for future recalls.
Concierge Program – Utilities set up and discounts on alarm systems, satellite, cable, and internet.
SewerGard – Covers the underground lateral sewer/septic and main water line. (Condos are excluded because the sewer lines are not the owner’s responsibility). 90 days from inspection date OR 22 days from closing, whichever comes later and has a $2,000 coverage per line with a total of $4,000 of coverage.
MoldSafe – Covers for $2,000 in remediation for any new visible mold that was not found at the time of inspection, even if a mold test is not performed. The policy is good for 90 days from inspection date OR 22 days from closing, whichever comes later.
